Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

ALL HOLIDAY ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ONLINE BY MONDAY, DECEMBER 18th TO ENSURE HOLIDAY DELIVERY.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on the size and weight of your order. Our preferred shipping domestic shipping service is UPS, and UPS will be used unless another carrier is chosen by the customer. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Boulder or Cherry Creek, Denver. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. If your order is located in a store other than your desired pickup location, please let us know in the order notes at checkout and we will transfer your order to the correct store.We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 11-5, Monday-Sunday. We are currently closed in Cherry Creek on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, which is sent via DHL or FedEx.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HAVEN is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at allie@shophavencollective.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Lost Package?

If your package has been lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to help you locate it. However, HAVEN is not responsible for lost orders after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
